He must return to HIS church….The one that he was a member of (supposedly)….The one that paid him a (assumably handsome) salary to be a “lead preacher”…..Why are our beloved (not sarcasm) discernment writers not outraged that Lawson has fled his church (and their discipline process)… AND he seems to be getting a pass for picking his own counselors and “certain parties” who are helping him…..Huh….Pray that he repents and RETURNS to the body who is supposed to call him to repentance and provide counsel etc….
Something is incredibly wrong that we are tolerating this….Lawson is unrepentant….He’s fled his home church…And how in the world could a Reformed Baptist church then provide him a place to attend while remaining unrepentant?
