In August 2020 Scotiabank booted me because I had over 100 transactions posted to my Ultimate Package within a 30 day period which includes unlimited transactions for that account type. Scotiabank is a terrible bank. Considering what happened to me I'm sure the request regarding rainbow app was very innocent and Scotiabank took it out of hand to another level. Scotiabank is a narcissistic hostile bank. You walk on egg shells with them.
