A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM JD HALL. I went to get my traction control looked at at the car dealership the other day and mentioned I needed new tires. This could not be! I bought my tires only 9 months ago, and bought the thickest ply possible. They answered, “Sir, you have driven 60k miles on your truck in 9 months.”
I realized instantly they were right. The vast majorty have been driving around Montana, preaching sermons, on tour, and hauling the “Gideon Knox Command Center” (my camper) around the state to avoid the $700 hotel rooms in Western Montana tourist season. This is how I’ve been raising funds to support myself in a lawsuit by a Planned Parenthood Attorney for what his client calls “transphobia.”

Essentially, one of my publications, Montana Daily Gazette, has been the bain of their existence of Planned Parenthood and the LGBTQ+ lobby. The “two-spirit” man (a “transgender” Native American man) is filed suit for 250k in Richland County (my county) for not liking one of my articles about him, which include his acting-out of sodomy in the Montana capitol (just to name one offense).

I sent out an email to The Insurgency email list and raised 20k in one week from you generous supporters. You gave through an online portal operated by Chase Bank who refused to give to to me because they were told I was a bigot (they eventually gave it back after weeks of explaining to them they can’t steal money - even from “bigots”).

So, we set up the Religious Liberty Fund through Fellowship Baptist Church, so people could give directly help me (and others, and there are lots of others), explained in the graphic below.

Basically, the update is this: They’re trying to move my venue to a liberal county, apparently finding out that Richland County is not the place to try this crap. It’s odd for two reasons (1) venue-changes are usually for murder or rape charges, etc and (2) venue-changes are usually requested by DEFENDANTS, not plaintiffs who chose to file there to begin with. In a 19-page letter they complained I have quoted Scripture (which apparently is all violent) and have characterized this as a battle between liberals and conservatives, right and wrong, God and Satan.

I stand by it. We are appealing their motion. In the mean time, they want a gallon of blood and to draw this out as long as possible so as to - as they have admitted - “Bankrupt me.” The joke is on them. I already put every dollar I make into Gideon Knox (Protestia, Polemics Report, MDG, Insurgency, etc).

Today is “Giving Tuesday” and it’s late (8:30PM) because I asked the regular news team to hold off until I can make this appeal. We need 60k. It needs to be sent to the church with the instructions above or you can click here to send via phone through a service that works with the church. Both are 100% tax deductible. Yes, this is an urgent plea. I live in a conservative area for a reason. Our venue needs to remain here. My attorneys need to stay paid and on task. I need your help (God does not). Please help, and send whatever you can. It will not be wasted. Anything above and beyond will be given to other pastors seeking similar treatment, as the number of pastors who stand up continues to fall rapidly. We can raise more funds through YOU our supporters out in the world than by dozens of speaking engagements around a very rural and very large state. Please help. - JD
