Presbyterian ‘Pastor’ Who Tried To Host BDSM 101 Workshop with Dominatrix is Honored with ‘Chaplain of the Year’ Award by ACSLHE
Rev. Beatrix Weil is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church (USA) who also serves as the chaplain of Rhodes College, a 2000-student liberal arts college also associated with the PCUSA.
We last wrote about her after she cried tears of hot garbage after facing backlash for putting up a flier announcing she was hosting an event where a local dominatrix would “share wisdom on how to safely, sanely, and consensually learn about bondage, discipline/domination, sadism/submission, and masochism.
Despite the college ultimately cancelling the event, Weil was none worse the wear, with her home church recently announcing she was named ‘Chaplain of the Year 2024’ by the Association for Chaplaincy and Spiritual Life in Higher Education (ACSLHE)
We generally have a low view of college chaplains, finding the vast majority highly compromised and unbiblically ecumenical. The fact that ACSLHE, which has over 150 member colleges and universities, believes that Weil is the ‘Chaplain of the Year’ means they can join her in our contempt and scorn.
