When I was in third grade, on the school bus, my best friend offered me chocolate-covered crickets. “Um, no thanks, that is so gross!” To my knowledge, someone had brought her this snack from Asia.

Fast forward 50 years, and now we’re feeding the U.S. citizens “cricket flour.”
