Kalispell: “Immanuel Lutheran Community” Plays Hardball- RE: Religious Exemptions
Pressuring your employees is NOT good for company morale.
This article was submitted anonymously by a Flathead County resident to Montana Daily Gazette.
Nursing home Immanuel Lutheran Community CEO Jason Cronk and HR Director Rebecca Timis (who has unprofessional political slogans all over her social media) proudly stamped all religious exemptions to vaccinations DENIED when the first federal CMS mandate came out in November 2021.
Then in late December, the federal judge granted an injunction halting the mandate. After the Supreme Court struck down injunctions for the CMS mandate, employees received the same vaccine mandate daily pressure to take the “vaccine” or be terminated in late January. When Immanuel Lutheran Community re-announced the mandate, they declared all of the batches denied the first time as invalid/still denied. When employees appealed the “Covid Vaccine” religious exemptions, the company boldly requested further non-specific information about each employee’s personal religious beliefs.
Even the kitchen workers who are prohibited from touching a resident if they fell down were being pressured daily and denied religious exemptions. In the end, within the final day of terminated employment or mandated first dose, the religious exemptions were suddenly accepted.
Pressuring your employees is NOT good for company morale.
