Florida Teen Charged With Felony After Leaving Skidsmarks on Rainbow-Colored Sidewalk
Police arrested 18-year-old Florida resident Christian Maier and charged him with felony criminal mischief after he allegedly burned donuts on the LGBTQ Pride Sidewalk in his pickup truck.
In the case that has caused wailing and gnashing of teeth from LGBTQ activist everywhere (who have been simply besides themselves over the rubber marks on the gay mural, alternating between rage and fretting) Police say Mair was “recklessly maneuvering his car in a way to leave several tire marks across the mural and causing significant damage.”
The cost to repaint the sidewalk and render the sacred idol of the LGBTQ movement pristine again is $1100,
Maier posted a $5.5k bond on Monday and was released. He has plead ‘not guilty’ and if convicted, could face up to five years in prison.
