The city of Redding in California approved a big boost to the floor plans of Bethel Church’s proposed $98,000,000 ‘Apostolic Training Center, with the Planning Commission supporting their request to expand in size by another 40,000 square feet, a 20% increase, according to the church’s amended permit filed in December.
